I have tons of jewelry ideas running around in my brain right now, but since I have been working I just can't find the time to get them done. I am hoping that mid June when I switch to part-time, I will have more time. I am trying to figure out how to fit it all in...work, art, kids, exercise. Right now the exercise and art are suffering, but I hope to get some kind of a system down.

In two weeks I am going to "Nest" an art retreat in Utah. I am looking forward to a few days of art with other artful ladies. Three days of classes with amazing instructors...Misty Mawn, Sallly Jean, and Kristen Steiner. I have never been to Utah, so I am really looking forward to my little adventure. I am traveling to this retreat by myself, but I am sure I will meet some lovely people.

Here is the little quote I put on the back of the tags I created for the swap. I first heard it while watching "Akila and the Bee", but later found on the web the full version. It comes from a book by Marianne Williamson. I just love it and I hope you do too.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

I hope you shine!
